Garm Lu is an annual student-published Canadian Celtic Arts journal started in the 1970's.
The name is Cornish and means either "cry of the people" or "battle cry." The journal features prose, poetry, short fiction, letters, pictures, paintings, music and academic essays, all about Celtic topics, featuring Celtic places or artwork, or written in a Celtic language.
