What exactly is a Personal Librarian?

"...the Kelly Library is my home base for study, research, chilling out on a comfy chair or just shooting the breeze with friends and the staff is probably the friendliest and most knowledgeable at UofT..."

Comment by second year undergrad

Your Personal Librarian is your UofT library contact for first year St Michael's College students and all USMC Faculty of Theology students. We are here to make your academic life more productive, by helping you navigate resources and build research skills.

With more than 40 libraries, UTL gives you access to millions of books and hundreds of thousands of electronic resources. You'll likely find most of what you need here. But if at times the size and scope of our system bogs you down, we can always help you wade to firmer ground. Please contact your Personal Librarian by e-mail as often as youd like throughout the year with any questions you have about your research or using the library system. | See Your Personal Librarian ( next tab) for details.
