Finding Journal Articles


To find articles in scholarly journals, magazines, newspapers, anthologies, collections and conference proceedings, the best place to go is an article database. To find articles related to your subject area, go to www.library.utoronto.ca, select Option 1 under the Articles heading, scroll down to your subject areai.e. Italian Studiesand click it. Youll find an online database containing relevant articles, as well as other online resources such as encyclopaedias, dictionaries and a research guide.

It is the best source for looking up current and retrospective scholarship on Italy's literature, criticism, literary history, and comparisons of authors' works.
