Damon Chevrier, Registrar, USMC


He remained in Toronto and spent twenty years in administration at the University of Toronto, including two years (2000-2002) as Registrar of Woodsworth College. From 2002-2005, he worked as the Registrar of the Petroleum Institute in the United Arab Emirates.

Damon brings a wealth of experience, considerable managerial skill, and a proven track record in registrarial work to St Michael's. We are honoured to welcome him aboard.

Damon Chevrier, Registrar, USMC

The Principal’s Office is delighted to report that on June 1, Mr Damon Chevrier was appointed the new Registrar of St Michael’s. A native of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Damon earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) at the University of Manitoba, in Anthropology and Linguistics. After several summers of archaeological work in northern Canada, two years in Europe and North Africa and a year with Revenue Canada, Damon came to Toronto and earned a second BA in Middle Eastern Studies and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language both from the U of T.
