Returning Residents

In March of each year all students living in the SMC Student Residence receive an email from the Residence Office inviting them to re-apply for the following year. Those wishing to return will be required to submit their completed application along with a $600 deposit by the end of March.

The deposit is fully refundable until May 15; after that a partial refund of $300 will be provided up until August 15th.

After August 15th, the deposit is not refundable.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel applications from those whose grades fall short of our academic requirements or who receive a negative evaluation from their don at year's end. In such situations, students will be given their full deposit back. Students who still have outstanding residence fees must pay their account in full before their applications will be considered.

Formal offers of residence for returning students will be sent out by email in late May or early June, once grades are available on ROSI. Offers will be sent to the email address you provide on your application form. If your summer contact information changes after submitting your application, please be sure to inform the Residence Office right away.

Students who are not currently residing at St. Mike's but who lived here in previous years and want to return, should apply as Returning Residents by downloading and submitting the returning residents application package.
