We asked all 2016 graduates to make a gift of $20.16 or any amount they could manage. With a generous match from our alumni and friends, the 2016 Grad Class Campaign raised a total of $2850 (With some left over matching funds for the 2017 campaign). With these funds, we contributed to the Alumni Hall Gym renovations, and funding 2 awards worth $950 each to recognize grads who put their heart and soul by giving back to the community. The best part? Whether you’re now working, volunteering, studying or traveling, ALL graduates in the Class of 2016 are eligible to apply for the awards. You gave back to St. Mike’s and we are now giving back to you!
Eligibility: All St. Michael’s College graduates in the Class of 2016 who convocated in June or November. Award recipients will be selected based on volunteerism in the St. Mike’s community, within the U of T, and/or local community.
1) Resume: Please provide a statement of intent (300 words) and a resume (2 pages maximum) in one PDF file that emphasizes your volunteer efforts either in your local community or in the St. Mike’s and University of Toronto community.
2) Reference: Please provide 1 written reference from someone within your education, employment or community history who can comment on your commitment to giving back to others. Please have them email firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject line “Reference Letter for <Applicant Name>, 2016 Grad Class Award”
3) Deadline: Applications will be accepted at email@example.com with the subject line “2016 Grad Class Award” until 11:59pm on March 24th, 2017. Please include the following in the body of the email:

Graduation Date (MM, YYYY)
