Overview: Conference & Event Services

St Michael’s College Conference & Event Services offers you our facilities for all of your special events and conferences.

Conveniently situated at the eastern end of the University of Toronto’s campus, St Michael’s buildings include a fully equipped theatre, library, meeting rooms, formal and informal lounges, a tiered council chamber and large assembly hall.

Conference Services hosts a variety of events – from weddings to annual meetings. We work closely with our conference, events & catering team to customize your menu, set up the event room, and provide audiovisual requirements to suit your unique needs.

To Book Your Event:

Please contact Conference Services by email to usmc.bookings@utoronto.ca.

Please include the following information:

  • The date(s) and time for your event.
  • Any equipment rental requests.
  • Preliminary set up notes.
  • Whether you will require catering.

For Catering Inquiries:

At St. Michael’s we are happy to provide a full service catering experience. For everything from weddings to annual meetings we supply top-tier food service at reasonable pricing.

If you are interested in catering services at St. Michael’s College please contact usmc.bookings@utoronto.ca to book an event space. Please note that you must have a room reservation before you can confirm your catering order.

You are more than welcome to view our online menu where you can see our wide selection of items; you can even complete your entire order online.

Please note that all catering orders must have a room reservation & all catering orders must be confirmed at least 72 business hours in advance of the event date.
