Description:

On Sunday, June 3, from 2 to 5 p.m. join your fellow-alumni in Charbonnel Lounge for a symposium "Flaws and Attraction in Pride and Prejudice," presented by USMC alumnus and current USMC Assistant Professor Stephen Tardif, 0T6, Christianity and Culture Program. Stephen will examine Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice to offer a surprising answer to a mischievous question: Why didn't Jane Austen get married? The symposium will be followed by a memorial for Professor Fred Flahiff, noted wit and Austen Fan.
