Dear Graduand of November 2017,
Congratulations on the successful completion of your undergraduate degree. I am pleased to extend an invitation to you to attend your Graduation Exercises on Monday, November 6th.
Degrees will be conferred in Convocation Hall, University of Toronto at 10:00 a.m. The Convocation procession will begin in the marshalling rooms in University College located on the second floor of University College in the East and West Halls. Graduands must arrive in the marshalling room one hour and 15 minutes prior to the ceremony (i.e. 8:45 a.m.).
Following the Conferral of Degrees, St. Michael’s College will host a luncheon for graduands, guests, faculty and staff in Father Madden Hall, Carr Hall, 100 St. Joseph Street beginning at approximately 12:30 p.m. Awards will be presented to the graduates during the reception.

Faculty and staff are invited to take part in the Academic Processions for the USMC Arts and Science Convocation ceremony taking place at 10:00 a.m. in Convocation Hall.
Assembly Time: 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time (9:30 a.m.)
Location: Council Chamber/Board Room, Simcoe Hall, 27 King’s College Circle, 2nd Floor

Regalia: A Regalia Rental Service will be offered to rent/purchase regalia.
- Regalia Pick-Up: on the day of ceremony at Croft Chapter House, University College, 15 King’s College Circle.
