DESCRIPTION:You are warmly invited to explore Ted Rettig in Context\, an art exhibition featuring one of the Donovan Collection’s most important and widely-represented artists alongside other works drawn from the collection. This exhibition is curated entirely by the students of the inaugural SMC One course\, ‘The Donovan Seminar: Visual Art and Meaning\,’ and will be on display in the Kelly Library’s Multi-Purpose Room for the duration of December. A reception to mark the opening of this exhibition will be held in the foyer of the library beginning at 2 p.m. on Thursday\, December 4th. Please join us to celebrate the accomplishment of the seminar’s first cohort\, and to hear these students describe their curatorial choices.
