I am very pleased to announce that Hilary Ryall has accepted the position of Senior Manager, Continuing Education effective July 1, 2017.
Over the next few months Hilary will undertake a comprehensive review of the Continuing Education Division to identify program strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth or change, and will offer specific recommendations for improvement in accordance with the University’s mission and strategic priorities, and in accordance with the program’s founding vision and goals.
Hilary has worked with us on a number of projects over the last year including assisting the Office of the Principal in developing the University’s Academic Plan. She was formerly a Director at the Rotman School of Management where she led efforts to identify performance gaps, resolve issues and align operational activities with strategic goals. Prior to this, she held positions at Melbourne Business School, Xi’an Jiaotong University in China, and W.E. Simon Graduate School of Business in Rochester, NY. Hilary holds an MA in English and Creative Writing from the University of Rochester and is currently pursuing an MA in Theology at Regis College.
