2022 Teresa Dease Lecture: “Beyond Spiritual Ecumenism”

The Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Loretto Sisters) of the Canadian Region invite you to join our celebration of Mary Ward Week with the 2022 Teresa Dease Lecture. We are delighted to collaborate with Dr. Susan K. Wood, SCL as she presents “Beyond Spiritual Ecumenism: An Ecumenical Spirituality”.
The Teresa Dease Annual Lecture was established by the Loretto Sisters in 2001 in collaboration with the St. Jerome’s Centre for Catholic Experience. In 2022, we are pleased to partner with Regis College, the Jesuit School of Theology in Canada, to present this lecture. The focus of the annual lecture series reflects, in a broad sense, the expressed mission of the Loretto Sisters to “integrate our active apostolic spirituality in community for mission with the conviction that our mission is to stand, in a direct way, with the powerless, those on the fringes of society.”
