Acrylic Paint Night (Wonderful Wednesdays- Art-based Program)

You’re invited to experience a stress-reducing creative outlet through a hands-on visual and dramatic art activity! Join peers in the Coop on select Wednesdays to try out a new skill and develop enhanced self-awareness, cognition, and confidence through artistic self-expression. No prior experience is required, and all materials will be provided. Facilitators will establish a safe and fun atmosphere in which your talents and stress relief can be explored!
