Boxing

We are a beginner-friendly club that aims to create a diverse and inclusive community of people from various backgrounds who all have a common interest in boxing. Our sessions involve body conditioning workouts (skipping rope, body weight exercises, etc.), fundamental boxing technique instructions (proper stance, footwork, jab, straights, hooks, uppercuts, and more), and controlled partner boxing drills.
The SMC Wellness Studio can be found at the ground floor of Elmsley Hall (81 St. Mary Street) facing the Coop Patio.
