Boxing

Boxing (Women-Only Class): The U of T Boxing Club women’s only class is a beginner-friendly group for anyone who identifies as a woman. Dionne is the instructor for the women’s only class, and sessions will involve some combination of body conditioning workouts (skipping rope, body weight exercises, etc.), fundamental boxing technique (proper stance, footwork, jab, straights, hooks, uppercuts, and more), and controlled partner boxing drills.
There is also an open Boxing Club class on Tuesdays from 4:00-6:00pm.
The SMC Wellness Studio can be found at the ground floor of Elmsley Hall (81 St. Mary Street) facing the Coop Patio.
