The U of T Boxing Club is a beginner-friendly group that aims to create a diverse and inclusive community of people from various backgrounds who all have a common interest in boxing. Sessions involve body conditioning workouts (skipping rope, body weight exercises, etc.), fundamental boxing technique instructions (proper stance, footwork, jab, straights, hooks, uppercuts, etc.), controlled partner boxing drills, and more.
