U of T Boxing Club is a beginner-friendly group. Sessions involve body conditioning workouts (skipping rope, body weight exercises, etc.), fundamental boxing technique instructions (proper stance, footwork, jabs, straights, hooks, uppercuts, etc.), controlled partner boxing drills, and more.
