Kudoki is a kung fu school founded in 1983 in Montreal that has now branched off into Toronto. Kudoki teaches traditional forms (kata), a variety of sparring and grappling techniques, and integrates self-defense into classes. The focus is on traditional and contemporary martial arts, emphasizing mind, body, and spirit integration.
SMC Wellness Studio can be found on the ground floor of Elmsley Hall (facing the Coop Patio).
