Join instructor Gillian for a fun and challenging, full-body workout incorporating high intensity interval training methods with Pilates principles. Beginner friendly. Mats, weights, and change room provided. Please arrive at 4pm to settle in. Class will begin by 4:10pm.
The SMC Wellness Studio is located on the ground floor of Elmsley Hall, 81 St. Mary Street (across from the COOP patio).
