Wellness Week Tai Chi

Join a special Wellness Week edition of Tai Chi & Da Cheng Chuan with instructor Jean-Olivier. These are ancient forms of Chinese martial arts that incorporate standing postures and full body movements. Come and move your body and learn a new way of de-stressing. This is the perfect opportunity to give tai chi a try!
