U of T Boxing Club is a beginner-friendly group. The Tuesday 6-8pm class is for women identifying students with an interest in boxing. Sessions involve body conditioning workouts (skipping rope, body weight exercises, etc.), fundamental boxing technique instructions (proper stance, footwork, jab, straights, hooks, uppercuts, etc.), controlled partner boxing drills, and more.
