Looking for on-site accommodation during 2026 Alumni Spring Reunion? The University of St. Michael’s College residence dormitory rooms are converted each summer for short-term accommodations for professional guests, including USMC Alumnus.
Loretto College residence provides basic dormitory-style accommodations rather than hotel-style lodging, with a limited number of rooms with private washrooms. The building is equipped with central air conditioning, which provides basic cooling throughout the building to support guest comfort.

Follow these steps to proceed with booking accommodations:
- Using the link in each occupancy option above, fill out the Short-Term Accommodations Booking Inquiry Form.
- Please include 2026-02 SR as the group code.
- Once your inquiry is submitted, a member of the Conference Services & Hospitality department will contact you with information on availability, and alternative room type availability, should your preferred room type is unavailable.
- En-suite room types are limited in quantity and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- To confirm your booking and secure your reservation, a signed accommodation agreement and full payment are required.
