Change is on the Horizon! We’re excited to announce the forthcoming evolution of Loretto College. The current site located at 70 St. Mary St. has been rezoned and approved for a 40-storey mixed institutional/residential use building. USMC has purchased the Institutional Parcel contingent on the sale of the Residential Parcel to a developer. We expect the project to be completed in the next 3-5 years. Meanwhile, we are open for business! When we bid farewell to the existing building, we will take with us the memories and moments made to create a new comfortable and welcoming female residence space that nurtures growth and fosters connections and mutual respect among the community. Our commitment to fostering a vibrant community of empowered women remains unwavering. As we embark on this transformative journey, your feedback is the cornerstone of our design process. Help us shape the new Loretto residence by taking our survey. Together, we’re creating a place where every woman can thrive. Contact UsHave questions or eager to learn more?
