Loretto College Development Survey

In January 2024, USMC purchased the Institutional Parcel for Loretto College, conditional upon the completion of sale of the Residential Parcel for development as a condominium. USMC will continue to maintain and manage the building and are working with an architect to develop a statement of requirements to inform the RFQ for a developer. Currently, the location has been rezoned and approved for a 40-storey mixed institutional/residential use building and, once re-developed, USMC will resume operation of the residential portion of the building. We anticipate that the current building will not be demolished for another 3 years.
