IT staff will be on campus more frequently in the next few weeks and appreciate your cooperation to ensure a safe environment.
For any computer hardware/software, phone or AV issues, the safest and most efficient approach is to create an IT ticket in the work order system. If the issue is urgent, call 416-926-2088 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not come to the office to make an in-person request.
Once a ticket is received, IT will schedule a time to address the issue. In advance of the appointment, staff should wipe down the computer, keyboard and other relevant surfaces/equipment.
Masks should be worn by staff and IT during the visit, and staff should step aside to allow for physical distancing (2m) or leave space by standing outside their workspace while the support visit is in progress.
