Celtic Studies Speakers Series: More than a Minority Language

On Friday, April 8 at 1 p.m., author and journalist Úna-Minh Kavanagh will present “More than a minority language — How Irish can get you places when you think outside the box.” Úna-Minh is a journalist and the author of Anseo and DIY Gaeilge: 150 Irish Language Resources. She won the award for Social Activist of the Year with U Magazine for her diversity initiative, We Are Irish, and now edits the good news website WeAreIrish.ie.
