Niten Ichi Ryu is the pre-Meiji restoration koryu martial art of classical Japanese sword (kenjutsu) founded by Miyamoto Musashi. Best known as a school that uses two swords, the introductory curriculum focuses on basics of movement, and the long sword (tachi). Prospective students should wear clothing that allows ease of movement in class.

The event is drop-in, but there will be registration for the giveaway prizes. The cost will be free, and there will be food and drinks provided. There will ideally be an elevator for accessibility. It's a low-energy event where BMS students can meet each other.
