Dr. Michael Salvatori, Director of Continuing Education
Dr. Michael Salvatori, a career educator and author with extensive experience in university administration and teaching, and at the secondary and primary school levels, oversees the Continuing Education Division. Reporting to St. Mike’s President, the Director provides strategic leadership in the renewal and expansion of the Continuing Education Division, which includes operational oversight, governance support, and partnership development.

Esma Tuzunatac, Continuing Education Coordinator & Executive Assistant
Esma Tuzunatac supports the development and delivery of Continuing Education programs through administrative and operational support to staff and students in the Continuing Education Division. Program coordination, event planning, communication with students, instructors, and both internal and external partner support are key elements of her role.

Dr. Ren Ito, Coordinator, School of Pastoral Leadership (SPL)
Dr. Ren Ito serves as the Program Coordinator of the new School of Pastoral Leadership. Ren has deep experience in academic and denominational program coordination, and organizes all aspects of partnership and programming for the SPL.

Dr. Shilpa Tiwari, Program Director, Diploma in Social Responsibility & Sustainability
Dr. Shilpa Tiwari serves as the Program Director of the Diploma in Social Responsibility & Sustainability. Dr. Tiwari is a committed sustainability practitioner and educator with many years of experience in corporate and nonprofit spaces. She oversees programming, appointment of instructors, and stewardship of the learner experience for this program.
