Dr. Michael Salvatori, Director of Continuing Education
Dr. Michael Salvatori, a career educator and author with extensive experience in university administration and teaching, and at the secondary and primary school levels, oversees the Continuing Education Division. Reporting to St. Mike’s President, the Director provides strategic leadership in the renewal and expansion of the Continuing Education Division, which includes operational oversight, governance support, and partnership development.

Roxanne Wright, Manager of Program Development & Delivery
Roxanne Wright brings a wealth of experience and expertise in continuing education, adult education, curriculum design, and program development to her role in overseeing the development of new and innovative general interest and professional learning courses and programs. She also leads the development of recruitment and promotional strategies and strategic partnerships, as well as the appointment and supervision of experienced and engaging course and program instructors, facilitators, and course developers.

Kathryn Cooper, Manager of Social Responsibility & Sustainability
Kathryn Cooper serves as the Manager of the Division’s largest program, the Diploma in Social Responsibility & Sustainability. Kathryn is a committed sustainability practitioner and educator who oversees the Diploma program and the individual courses in SR&S. She has admissions, marketing, facilitation, program review, and instructor hiring in her role.

Disha Makhijani, Executive Assistant
Disha Makhijani supports the development and delivery of Continuing Education programs through administrative and operational support to staff and students in the Continuing Education Division. Program coordination, event planning, communication with students, instructors, and both internal and external partner support are key elements of her role. Disha also serves as Secretary to the Continuing Education Council of Senate.

Purvi Jaswal, Events Assistant
Purvi Jaswal, a University of Toronto Finance and Data Analytics undergraduate student, serves as the Continuing Education Events Assistant, a role sponsored by the University’s work-study program. In her role, Purvi supports course and program delivery sessions, including instructor support, marketing and recruitment for our programs through social media and other channels.
