    Qualifications:

     

     

     

    MA required. In accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 4 Collective Agreement, Article 15.07, preference in hiring will be given to graduate students whose disciplinary study and research specializations align closely with the focus of this course on breadth and the long history of book history, print culture, and media forms. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Examples and case studies will be drawn from a variety of different sociocultural contexts, media industries, and creative practices.

    Salary: $47.63 per hour + 4% vacation pay
    Estimated course enrolment: 198 students
    Size of appointment: 148 hours
    Class schedule: Tuesdays, 11AM – 1PM.
    Delivery mode: In-person.
    Dates of appointment: August 26, 2024 – May 10, 2025.
