Mindful Moments Yoga

Join registered instructor and U of T alumna, Veronika, for Mindful Moments Yoga every Wednesday in the Wellness Studio.
What to expect: Syncing breath with movement, alignment, and mindfulness with an emphasis on safe sequencing. Beginner friendly. Yoga mats, foam blocks, and straps provided.
Class begins at 5:10pm. Please arrive 5-7minutes early to settle in. There is a change room and washroom available in the Studio. You are encouraged to dress in layers and bring a reusable water bottle to every yoga class.
No pre-registration required.
The St. Mike’s Wellness Studio is located on the ground floor of Elmsley Hall (81 St. Mary Street; across from the COOP Patio).
