In accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 4 Collective Agreement, Article 15.07, preference in hiring will be given to graduate students whose disciplinary study and research specializations align closely with the focus of this course. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Brief description of duties: Advising students, grading assignments, leading tutorials, and participating in some online discussions and activities. Salary: $46.23 per hour + 4% vacation pay Estimated course enrolment: 300 students Size of appointment: 106 hours per position Class schedule: Lecture: Monday: 9-11. Tutorials: Tuesdays 1-2 or 2-3. Dates of appointment: September 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023.
