The entire community here at the University of St. Michael’s College, a publicly-funded university federated with the University of Toronto, unequivocally condemns and abhors the acts described in recent reporting, which allegedly took place at St. Michael’s College School, a private all-male Catholic high school here in Toronto.
We have received many formal and informal communications from the public inquiring about the situation—it is important to note that our institutions are separate, and we here at the University have no further information about what happened apart from what has been reported in the media.
