Graduate students in theology who have fulfilled their program requirements must apply to graduate. The application serves to alert the Student Services Officer to review an applicant’s academic record for the purpose of granting a degree/diploma/certificate.
Students who have questions regarding program requirements may contact their Faculty Advisor or the Director of Basic or Advanced Degree Programs before applying.
The deadline for submission of the graduation application, in time for the annual graduation ceremonies in November, is usually the first Friday in September each year. (Please contact the Student Services Officer for the exact date.)

After verifying an applicant’s academic record, the Student Services Officer will reply to the applicant in late September confirming eligibility to convocate.
