Reporting to and working closely with the Manager, Residence Life, the Residence Care Coordinators (RCC) are responsible for helping to ensure the professional care and positive living environment of students within the residence community. The RCCs help to oversee the promotion and fostering of a friendly, diverse community of residents and an atmosphere of academic success, personal growth, community belonging, and individual wellbeing. Along with the Manager, Student Wellness, the RCCs also help to train and support the work of live-in student dons.

The Manager, Administrative and Front Line Advising will possess exceptional skills and experience in complex academic and financial advising; strategic leadership and process management; financial management and oversight; the use of IT applications, services and tools; staff management and oversight; and strategic reporting and analysis of statistical and financial information.
