About
The vast majority of rooms in Elmsley are double occupancy, which makes it an ideal dorm for first-year students. The first and second floors are all-male while the third and fourth are reserved for females. Elmsley is also home to our 24-hour Porter’s Desk, various administrative offices, the campus mailroom, and laundry facilities.

Double Room:
- Approximate size: 5.3m (17.5′) by 3m (10′)
- Two (2) Single beds with Twin XL mattress: 203cm (80″) long by 96cm (38″) wide
- Two (2) desks with built-in light fixtures and chairs, ensuring both residents have their own study space
- Two (2) large closets
- The rooms also contain recycling and garbage bins, as well as blinds/curtains.

- Floors 1-2 house male-identifying students, while floors 3-4 are reserved for female-identifying students
- Washrooms are shared with residents on each floor
