Below you will find an application form for The Matthew O’Brien Memorial Scholarship requiring application. Awarded to a student registered at St. Michael’s College. The applicant(s) must demonstrate financial need; are Canadian citizens, permanent residents of Canada or protected persons under subsection 95(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (Canada) at the time of the application; and are residents of Ontario at the time of the application. The preferred criteria include any of the following: 1) Catholic Children’s Aid Society (CCAS) crown wards registered at St. Michael’s College 2) CCAS former crown wards registered at St. Michael’s College 4) Crown wards or former crown wards from Children’s Aid Society registered at St. Michael’s College 5) Students registered at St. Michael’s College Value: $5,000 – $10,000 This scholarship may be renewable.
